  14. I am having problems with the old Complete PC's Complete Answering
  15. Machine. I am attempting to set it up to call out a number of people
  16. to alert them to our local citizen patrol group meetings. The system
  17. does not seem to recognize when the person at the other end has picked
  18. up the phone, so it doensn't trigger the start of playing the message.

  20. If you pick up an extension phone in the same house, that immediately
  21. does trigger playing of the message. How does the Complete PC identify
  22. when there is an answer?
